Thank you for shopping at Only Chappals. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably right to your doorstep. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Charges

  • We charge a flat standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 on all orders nationwide across Pakistan, regardless of the order size or weight.

2. Order Verification & Dispatch

  • Since we primarily operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), all orders undergo a quick verification process.

  • Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone to confirm your order details and delivery address.

  • Once verified, your order will be dispatched from our Karachi facility within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline Once dispatched, you can expect your chappals to arrive within the following timeframes:

  • Karachi: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan (Major Cities): 3 to 5 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to severe weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such scenarios.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 2 times at the provided address. Please ensure your contact number is active and reachable so the rider can coordinate the drop-off.

  • If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts due to an unreachable number or refusal at the doorstep, future orders from the same customer may require advance payment.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive your package and notice any external damage or tampering, please take a photo/video before opening it and notify us within 48 hours via our contact details so we can investigate it immediately with the courier service.
